George Karvounis
2nd Generation Master Jeweller
Honouring his father "Petros" footsteps, he has come a long way from the boy aspiring to be just like his dad. George's talents have led him to be head jeweller at the top designers and workshops in the country. There is nothing he can’t do, as his hands weave the magic to bring your dreams to life.
From working with the biggest names in the industry, he and his partner, Rebecca, have chosen the beautiful Southern Highlands to create their masterpieces. They bring the big city flair in design and combine it with the old school hand forging and hand making techniques

Rebecca Lee Bon
Qualified Jeweller
From a young girl, Rebecca understood the importance that jewellery can bring to people. A statement of love, a memory always cherished. She held dear the few simple pieces given to her at a young age. That inspired her curiosity and passion for the industry. From the tender age of fifteen she knew she wanted to work the trade and become a talented jeweller. She excelled in her apprenticeship, winning the highest award upon graduating.
Rebecca is passionate and determined. She has gained invaluable experience from working for the best designers in Sydney and is forever learning and embracing new skills that are now being handed down to her from her partner George. She brings a fabulous combination of the old and new to the beautiful town of Bowral.

"In Memory of Petros Karvounis"
Master Jeweller & George's Father. 15/03/1950 - 17/08/2014

This is a tribute to Peter "Petros" Karvounis - a devoted father, extraordinary artist and master jeweller. His talent, passion and unwavering dedication to his craft left an indelible mark not only on his work but on everyone who knew him.
In the early to mid 1970s, Petros owned "Trio Polishing" with his best friend Tony Sakr, as well as owning himself "El Dorado Gold". He also ran "Peter's Handmade Jewellery" in Lesvos, Greece - a testament to his entrepreneurial spirit and love for his heritage.
As a father, he was a guiding light - generous with his wisdom, his time and his love. It was through his mentorship (and other masters) that George grew into the artist and man he is today. From there passing those skills on to Rebecca.
We are both deeply proud and honoured to carry forward his legacy, continuing the tradition he built with such care, skill and heart.
His spirit lives on in every piece we create.
