Service Description
Meet with George & Rebecca in our Bowral boutique for a pre-organised consultation to discuss your jewellery ideas. Whether you're planning an engagement ring, wedding bands, a bespoke handmade piece, or remodelling sentimental jewellery, we'll take the time to understand your ideas and guide you through the possibilities. Every piece is individually handmade in our on-site workshop using traditional goldsmithing techniques, with no CAD, casting or mass production. During your consultation we can discuss design ideas, gemstones, precious metals, budgets and timeframes, helping you make informed decisions with expert advice gained from decades of experience. Please note: Online bookings are for new commissions, engagement rings, wedding bands and remodelling consultations. Repairs are assessed in-store and cannot be booked through this system.
Cancellation Policy
We look forward to meeting with you and discussing your jewellery project. At this time, we are pleased to offer consultations at no charge. As a small husband-and-wife business, our appointment times are limited and are reserved especially for each client. If you are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your appointment to someone else. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we appreciate at least 24 hours' notice wherever possible. Please note that consultation bookings are for new commissions, engagement rings, wedding bands and heirloom remodelling. Repair work is assessed in-store and cannot be booked online.
